Authority to sign

The person signing the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included in the party. The signatory must be a member of the party.

Payment

Bookings are to be accompanied by a deposit of one third of the net total (non refundable). Balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before commencement of holiday. The full rent must be enclosed if booked less than 8 weeks from commencement of holiday.

Hirer’s Obligation

The hirer agrees: to pay for any breakages, loss or damage to the property. To take all reasonable and proper care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.

Particular attention must be given to the bathroom and kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are left clean and tidy. The maximum number of persons allowed in the property is clearly stated and must not be exceeded.

Dogs & Pets

Under no circumstances are dogs and pets allowed in the cottage.

Smoking

Under no circumstances is smoking allowed on the premises.

Arrival & Departure Times

The Property is only available after 2:30pm on day of arrival, and is to be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure, unless by prior arrangement with the owner/caretaker direct. On your arrival in the cottage if there appears to be any problems please make contact immediately with James on 07968947236 or Sarah on 07739979796, at the end of your holiday will be too late.

Caring for Your Safety

Whilst every effort has been made to make your holiday as safe as possible it is the guests responsiblity to inspect the property and grounds on arrival and note any possible hazards especially those with young children.

Security

Please note that the lock up shed is available for you to store any outdoor equipment in, but we do not accept any responsibilty should any possessions go missing. It is your responsibility to make sure that when ever you leave the property you check that it is properly locked up.

Bed Linen

Bed linen is provided and the beds are fully made up ready for your arrival, also a hand towel and bath towel are provided in the bathroom, but please do not use these on the beach.

Cancelations

If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking please advise us immediately by phone followed by a confirmatory letter. Upon receipt of such letter we will do our best to obtain a replacment letting and, if such a replacement is obtained, we will refund to the Hirer any monies paid less a handling charge.

If we are unable to re-let the property then we are entitled to retain all payments already made and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge.
