Access Statement

To gain access to the property first you have to walk across a stone chipped drive and through a gateway onto a slate path, then down 2 steps onto a small slate patio area. To get into the property you have to go up another single step into the kitchen.

The kitchen and lounge areas are all on one level, to access the downstairs bedroom and bathroom you need to go up 2 steps.

To gain access to the two upstairs bedrooms you need to climb 4 kited steps and then the staircase to a landing, which leads to the upstairs bedrooms.
